Computer and browser requirements

• Internet connection - You may save things to view offline, but an Internet connection is required to search. Dial-up is minimum and broadband (DSL, Cable, Network, etc.) is optimal.
• Screen Resolution - 800x600 minimum, 1024x768 or higher is optimal
• Web Browser - Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, or compatible Safari or Mozilla browser
• Cookies - Cookies must be enabled
• JavaScript - JavaScript must be enabled

What do I do if I get an error?

First, try deleting the cookies from your web browser. Then shut your browser, re-open it, and try your task again. If you recieve the error again, please contact us and send us the error message, date and time, what steps you took to get it, and your browser and system details.
