At NewsBank even seasoned sales vets take advantage of our training program. You will be taught how to:

  • Identify customer needs to tailor product offerings into a compelling value proposition
  • Conduct web-based sales demonstrations on existing and new products
  • Maintain existing customer relationships for renewal sales
  • Conduct accurate pipeline management and sales-cycle management
  • Close sales!

Beyond consultative selling, our training sessions cover details about the company, the markets we serve and our collection of online products. New reps will be assigned a specific territory with goals established for new sales and renewals. Your compensation package will include a base salary, uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package that includes medical/dental, prescription drugs, a wellness program, a vision plan, and 401(k) with company match.

  • BS or BA Degree
  • Proven - high sales intellect - professional selling skills
  • Outgoing nature - ability to connect with others
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and listening
  • Proven Closer
  • Strong ambition to make money
  • 3+ years’ experience as telephone sales representative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling
  • Understanding of web technologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet use and research
