Channel 39 Gets Building Permit CEDAR HILL — The Double day Broadcaeting Co. took a permit to build a masonry build ing with 4,69® square feet of floor specs on the 1004ere tract owned by Cuter Publications, Inc., of Fort Worth. The site is west of Cedar Hill and fronts Belt Line Road. The building will house electronics equipment. Doubleday earlier obtained rating which will permit the erection of e 1,500-ioot UHF tower for Channel 19. Double- day's Dallas offices are at Oak Lawn and Stemmons.
